Oklahoma SB1101 requires dental insurance carriers to report data on dental loss ratios and other expenditures, including clinical dental services, activities that improve dental services, overhead and administrative costs, and community benefit expenditures. The Insurance Commissioner must define these terms by rule. The data must be reported annually by July 31, starting in 2026, and must be available to the public in a searchable format on a public website.
