Oklahoma SB1094 amends existing laws to allow certain alcoholic beverage licensees to sell specific beverages for off-premises consumption. Retail spirits, retail wine, and retail beer licensees can now sell their beverages on the licensed premises to consumers for off-premises consumption. Mixed beverage licensees can sell beer in sealed original packages for on-premises consumption. The bill also allows holders of a mixed beverage license with a licensed premises on a golf course or country club to sell beer in sealed original packages for on-premises consumption.
