Oklahoma SB1081 allows the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry to form partnerships to develop veterinary services in underserved.

Oklahoma SB1081 authorizes the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry to enter into public or private partnerships aimed at fostering veterinary medicine business development in rural communities and other areas lacking local veterinary services. This new law, to be codified in the Oklahoma Statutes, takes effect on November 1, 2025.
