Oklahoma SB1077 amends existing wildlife transportation laws by adding exceptions and updating statutory language. It allows for the transport of deceased, intact cervidae to a taxidermist and permits the transport of farmed cervidae. It also specifies that certain wildlife or parts thereof, nests, eggs, or young, and endangered or threatened species cannot be transported out of the state.
