It allows for the shipment and transportation of wildlife within the state or out of the state under certain conditions. Exceptions include dead fish or wildlife legally taken by licensed hunters or fishermen for noncommercial purposes, rough fish taken by licensed commercial fishermen with a special permit, and farmed cervidae licensed under the Oklahoma Farmed Cervidae Act.
