Oklahoma SB1074, the Oklahoma Farmed Cervidae Act, introduces a commercial harvesting facility license for privately or publicly owned premises engaged in the business of harvesting or hunting cervidae, including white-tailed deer, mule deer, elk, cervidae hybrids, turkey, exotic species, and exotic hybrid species. The Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry is authorized to require an application and inspection for licensure.
