Oklahoma SB1067 modifies reimbursement rates for out-of-network ambulance services and updates statutory language.

Oklahoma SB1067 amends the Out-of-Network Ambulance Service Provider Act by modifying definitions and reimbursement rates for certain ambulance services. It sets the minimum allowable reimbursement rate for out-of-network ambulance services at the rates set or approved by local governmental entities. If local rates are not available, the reimbursement rate is the lesser of 325% of the current published rate for ambulance services or the ambulance service provider’s billed charges. The bill also updates statutory language and takes effect on January 1, 2026.
