Oklahoma SB1052, the Predatory Solicitation Prevention Act, prohibits persistent, repeated communication intended to influence, harass, intimidate, or otherwise pressure property owners into making a purchase, sale, or investment. The act allows the Attorney General or a district attorney to bring an action to recover actual damages and penalties. Fifty percent of the collected fines and fees go to the State Health Care Enhancement Fund, and the other fifty percent to the Court Clerk’s Revolving Fund. The act becomes effective November 1, 2025.
