SB105

Oklahoma SB105 modifies the Lindsey Nicole Henry Scholarships for Students with Disabilities Program by removing the prior public school enrollment.

Oklahoma SB105 amends the Lindsey Nicole Henry Scholarships for Students with Disabilities Program by eliminating the requirement that students must have been enrolled in a public school the previous year to qualify for a scholarship. The bill updates eligibility criteria, removes language that acceptance of a scholarship has the same effect as parental revocation of consent to service, and mandates the State Department of Education to notify private schools of any proposed actions to suspend or revoke their participation.
