Oklahoma SB1042 amends the Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology by allowing the Governor to consider recommendations from statewide or national organizations when appointing members. The Board members will be reimbursed for travel expenses. The act also specifies that the re-creation of the Board does not affect the staggered terms of office for Board members. The act becomes effective November 1, 2025.
