Oklahoma SB1031 amends the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Control Act to prohibit the issuance of a beer distributor license or a wine and spirits wholesaler license under common ownership to a corporation or partnership. It also updates the definition of a limited liability partnership and clarifies that such partnerships are not considered similar entities to limited liability companies. The act specifies grounds for denying licenses, including prior violations and financial interests in other licenses. The changes become effective November 1, 2025.
