Oklahoma SB1021 prohibits intentional weather modification activities within the state and repeals related statutes.

Oklahoma SB1021 bans the intentional injection, release, or dispersion of chemicals into the atmosphere for weather modification purposes. It also allows the Governor to direct the Oklahoma Air National Guard to interdict and document such activities. The bill repeals existing Oklahoma Weather Modification Act sections and takes effect November 1, 2025.
