Oklahoma SB1011 allows temporary replacement of a state legislator who enters active military duty for over 30 days.

Oklahoma SB1011 provides for the temporary replacement of a member of the Legislature who enters active duty in the Armed Forces of the United States for more than 30 days. The temporary acting member must be qualified for office under Article V of the Oklahoma Constitution. The temporary acting member begins service on the date specified by the member entering active military service and has all the powers, privileges, and duties of the office.
