Introduced·2/3/25

Oklahoma SB1006 prohibits state agencies from actions favoring diversity, equity, and inclusion based on race, sex, or ethnicity.

Oklahoma SB1006 prohibits state agencies from granting preferential treatment based on race, sex, or ethnicity, or requiring loyalty oaths favoring certain groups.
