Oklahoma HJR1090 approves the proposed permanent rules of the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry, Capitol-Medical Center Improvement and Zoning Commission, Oklahoma Liquified Petroleum Gas Board, Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department, Oklahoma Water Resources Board, and Department of Wildlife Conservation. The rules must have been filed on or before February 1, 2026. The Oklahoma Secretary of State is directed to distribute copies of this resolution to the Governor and the editor of "The Oklahoma Register".
