Oklahoma HJR1086 approves all proposed permanent rules of the Board of Tests for Alcohol and Drug Influence, the Attorney General, and the State Board of Licensed Social Workers filed on or before February 1, 2026. The Oklahoma Secretary of State is directed to distribute copies of this resolution to the Governor and the editor of "The Oklahoma Register".
