Oklahoma HJR1085 proposes to repeal the right to work provision in the Oklahoma Constitution.

Oklahoma HJR1085 directs the Secretary of State to place a referendum on the ballot to decide whether to repeal the right to work provision in the Oklahoma Constitution. If approved, Section 1A of Article XXIII, which pertains to right to work, would be removed. The ballot title for this proposed constitutional amendment is provided in the resolution.
