Proposed amendment to the Oklahoma Constitution to change candidate requirements for the Superintendent of Public Instruction.

This measure amends the Oklahoma Constitution to add new qualifications for candidates running for the office of Superintendent of Public Instruction. The new requirements include being at least thirty-one years old, being a qualified voter for at least ten years, and having ten years of public education experience, including five years of classroom teaching. These changes will apply starting with the 2030 general election and every election thereafter.
