Oklahoma HJR1031 approves and disapproves certain proposed permanent rules of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services. It approves all rules except for subparagraphs (4), (5), and (6) of paragraph (c) of OAC 260:135-5-10 and subparagraphs (3) and (4) of paragraph (c) of OAC 260:135-5-14. This resolution directs the distribution of these rules as required by Oklahoma Statutes.
