Proposed amendment to the Oklahoma Constitution to be voted on by the people in 2025.

This bill proposes an amendment to Section 3.5 of Article 7 of the Oklahoma Constitution, to be voted on by the people. The amendment, named the "Oklahoma Judiciary Resolution of 2025," will be presented with a ballot title for approval or rejection. The Chief Clerk of the House of Representatives will file copies of the resolution with the Secretary of State and the Attorney General.
