Oklahoma HJR1011 seeks to amend the Oklahoma Constitution by adding a new Section 36 to Article VI, which mandates the Oklahoma Legislature to create an election recall process for statewide elected officials. The list of officials includes the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, and Corporation Commissioners. The recall process requires the same number of signatures as an initiative petition. The Governor will set recalls by the following General Election, and the Legislature must enact the process by the end of the next legislative session.
