Proposed amendment to the Oklahoma Constitution to affirm parental rights in education and restrict school regulation.

This measure amends Section 4 of Article 13 of the Oklahoma Constitution to affirm a parent or guardian's right to educate their child as they see fit. It also restricts the Oklahoma Legislature from passing laws that control the affairs of private schools, home schools, or other non-publicly funded schools. The amendment is subject to approval by the people of Oklahoma.
