Establishes the Salt Cedar Eradication Act to manage and eradicate invasive Salt Cedar species.

Creates the Salt Cedar Eradication Act to manage and eradicate invasive Salt Cedar species in Oklahoma counties within the Upper North Fork of the Red River Basin. Directs the Oklahoma Conservation Commission to oversee and implement the program in collaboration with the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry and the Oklahoma Water Resources Board. Authorizes the use of funds from the Salt Cedar Eradication Revolving Fund for program activities. Establishes the Salt Cedar Eradication Revolving Fund for the Commission to manage and eradicate Salt Cedars.
