The Oklahoma Workplace Competitiveness and Safety Act of 2026 creates the Oklahoma Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OOSHA) within the Department of Labor. OOSHA will enforce occupational safety and health standards for public employees, at least as effective as federal standards, and collect, analyze, and publish occupational injury and illness data. It will also coordinate with the Workers' Compensation Commission to offer premium credits to certified employers.
