Oklahoma HB4110 establishes the Transparency and Accountability Platform (TAP) to support program integrity for SNAP and corrections supervision.

Oklahoma HB4110 creates the Transparency and Accountability Platform (TAP) to enhance program integrity for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and corrections supervision. The TAP platform will support a SNAP Integrity Overlay administered by the Oklahoma Department of Human Services and a Corrections Transparency Overlay by the Oklahoma Department of Corrections. The platform will use decentralized, on-device biometrics for identity verification and geolocation data for supervision events.
