Oklahoma HB3979 amends the Oklahoma Economic Development Pooled Finance Act by increasing the cap on the Infrastructure Pool to $100,000,000 and the Economic Development Pool to $125,000,000. Sixty-five percent of the Infrastructure Pool proceeds must benefit local government entities with populations under 300,000, while 35% can benefit any eligible local government entity. Similarly, 65% of the Economic Development Pool proceeds must benefit local government entities with populations under 300,000, while 35% can benefit any eligible local government entity.
