Oklahoma HB3880 creates the "Oklahoma Today Magazine" Division within the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department. The division is authorized to sell advertising, with all ads approved by the appropriate division director. Employees may receive additional compensation in the form of a commission on net sales, up to 25% of their salary, not exceeding 95% of the Executive Director's salary. Commission payments are made monthly based on collected revenues. The division is responsible for publishing the magazine at least six times a year.
