Oklahoma Rare Disease Reform Act of 2026 creates a legislative foundation for addressing rare diseases within the state. This act, not to be codified in the Oklahoma Statutes, sets the stage for future measures and initiatives aimed at improving care and research for rare diseases. The act will become effective November 1, 2026.
