Oklahoma Government Transparency and Judicial Accountability Act clarifies judicial officer definitions and complaint investigation scope.

The Oklahoma Government Transparency and Judicial Accountability Act amends the definition of judicial officers to include those exercising judicial or quasi-judicial powers. It expands the Council on Judicial Complaints' authority to investigate complaints against judicial officers and executive branch officials exercising judicial powers. The act also modifies the definition of judicial officer to include magistrates, court commissioners, special masters, referees, and administrative law judges.
