Oklahoma HB3800 amends the Roofing Contractor Registration Act to include residential roofing contractors and their endorsements. It expands definitions to include residential roofers and modifies duties of the Construction Industries Board to include residential roofers. The bill also modifies fees, adds residential roofers to the Committee of Roofing Examiners, and requires residential roofers to take and pass a residential roofing examination. It sets administrative fines for violations and repeals certain provisions. The act becomes effective January 1, 2027.
