Oklahoma HB3781 amends the insurance rate filing requirements for competitive and noncompetitive markets. Insurers in competitive markets must file rates 60 days before the effective date, while those in noncompetitive markets must file 90 days before. The filing must include all rates and supplementary rate information, except for commercial risks not written according to manual rules or rating plans. The filing becomes effective unless the Commissioner disapproves it within the waiting period.
