Creates the Oklahoma Distillers Trail Commission to promote Oklahoma distilleries and stimulate economic development and tourism. The Commission will evaluate marketing options, develop collaborations, and accept private donations. Members serve six-year terms, appointed by the Lieutenant Governor, Speaker of the House, and President Pro Tempore of the Senate. The Commission can meet monthly, with quorum requirements and adherence to the Oklahoma Open Meeting Act. The Commission can sue, adopt an official seal, and make bylaws. The act becomes effective November 1, 2026.
