Oklahoma HB3670 establishes the Oklahoma Distillers Trail Commission to promote Oklahoma distilleries and stimulate economic development and tourism. The Commission will evaluate marketing options and develop collaborations to enhance the Oklahoma Distillers Trail. Members, appointed by the Lieutenant Governor, Speaker of the House, and President Pro Tempore of the Senate, serve six-year terms and can be removed for cause. The Commission can accept private donations until permanent appropriations are allocated. The act becomes effective November 1, 2026.
