HB3669

Oklahoma HB3669 modifies fees and regulations for distiller licenses and brand labeling in the alcoholic beverage industry.

Oklahoma HB3669 amends the fees for various distiller licenses, including those for small distillers, winemakers, and brewpubs. It also modifies the annual fees for other licenses such as carrier, storage, and nonresident seller licenses. The bill allows distillers to sell and serve spirits at multiple locations, gives them the option to offer non-alcoholic substances for mixing with spirits, and permits them to give samples at certain public events.
