Oklahoma HB3570 provides an 8% salary increase for certain state employees, effective July 1, 2026.

Oklahoma HB3570 mandates an 8% salary increase for full-time state employees earning up to $80,000, effective July 1, 2026. This increase does not apply to employees of the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education, any college or university within The Oklahoma State System of Higher Education, or any common school district. The provisions of this act are not to be codified in the Oklahoma Statutes and declare an emergency.
