Requires advocacy organizations and political parties to file a disclosure report with the Oklahoma Ethics Commission if they provide anything of value exceeding $100 in the aggregate during a calendar year to an elected official, a registered candidate, or an immediate family member. Requires elected officials and registered candidates who receive anything of value exceeding $100 to file a disclosure report. Prohibits structuring payments, contracts, or gifts to evade reporting thresholds.
