Chamber Passed·3/30/26

Oklahoma HB3552 allows childcare providers to charge a differential to parents of children in the Child Care Subsidy Program.

Oklahoma HB3552 permits licensed or permitted childcare providers to charge parents of children in the Department of Human Services' Child Care Subsidy Program the difference between the subsidy reimbursement rate and the provider's standard private tuition rate. The differential must be applied uniformly to all similarly situated families. The Department of Human Services is prohibited from penalizing or taking adverse action against providers who charge this differential.
