The Oklahoma Controlled Dangerous Substances Act of 2026 introduces new regulations on controlled substances in Oklahoma. This act, which is not to be codified in the Oklahoma Statutes, sets forth provisions governing controlled dangerous substances. It will become effective November 1, 2026.
