Oklahoma HB3429 creates the Career Technology Business Partnership Pool to provide financing for economic development projects in partnership with employers. Proceeds from the pool will support eligible career technology districts. The Oklahoma Development Finance Authority will issue obligations for these projects, which may be tax-exempt if allowed by federal law. The fund will finance infrastructure and other authorized projects, including those owned by eligible local government entities. The act becomes effective July 1, 2026.
