Oklahoma HB3396 mandates disclosure of payments and public revenues for major economic development projects by state or local governments.

Oklahoma HB3396 requires state or local governments to disclose the identity of entities benefiting from payments or public revenues related to major economic development projects at least 60 days before any such payments or revenues are made. The bill defines "major economic development project" as business entities proposing to acquire or improve property or refurbish tangible personal property using public revenues for profit within the state. The state or political subdivisions must create or use an existing website to make this disclosure conspicuous.
