Oklahoma HB3357 establishes the Department of Central Purchasing to manage state procurement.

Oklahoma HB3357 creates the Department of Central Purchasing to assume duties of the Central Purchasing Division of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services. The Department will manage state procurement, adopt rules, and oversee the State Use Program. The Director of the Department of Central Purchasing will be appointed by the Governor. The Department will succeed to existing contracts and rights of the Central Purchasing Division.
