Oklahoma HB3353 updates the Pardon and Parole Board's conflict of interest language.

Oklahoma HB3353 amends the Pardon and Parole Board's conflict of interest rules. It prohibits board members and their law firms from representing inmates in legal matters. Violators face forfeiture of their office. Board members must also disclose and withdraw from matters where their impartiality might be questioned. The changes take effect November 1, 2026.
