Directs hospitals and health care facilities to post domestic violence and human trafficking signage.

Requires hospitals and health care facilities to post signage in conspicuous areas and private patient and provider areas. The signage must provide information on domestic violence and human trafficking. Facilities must develop protocols for assisting law enforcement and victims in securing discharge or release without notifying alleged perpetrators. The State Department of Health will promulgate rules for signage placement and size. The act becomes effective November 1, 2026.
