Oklahoma HB3212 amends distiller licenses to allow samples at public events and defines related rules.
Oklahoma HB3212 modifies distiller licenses to allow samples at public events. It requires a floor plan with a designated sampling area to be on file with the ABLE Commission. Visitors under 21 are prohibited from entering the sampling area. Samples are not considered a sale, but spirits sold at events cannot exceed 15,000 gallons per year. The bill also clarifies that non-alcoholic substances added to spirits after purchase are not part of the manufacturing process. The changes take effect November 1, 2026.
