Oklahoma HB3113 requires legislators to perform six days of substitute teaching in their district each school year.

Oklahoma HB3113 mandates that each member of the Oklahoma House of Representatives and each member of the Oklahoma State Senate must perform at least six days of substitute teaching during the school year in a public school within their legislative district. This requirement applies during any term of office to which the member has been elected. The bill specifies that this act will become effective November 1, 2026.
