Oklahoma HB3056 amends the Oklahoma Milk and Milk Products Act to allow incidental sales of raw, unpasteurized cow milk, goat milk, sheep milk, donkey milk, and horse milk directly to consumers at the farm, feed stores, restaurants, and farmer's markets. The bill removes the gallon limit for incidental sales of goat milk. This act becomes effective November 1, 2026.
