Oklahoma HB3035 amends the small brewer license to allow limited spirits manufacturing and sales. The bill specifies that a small brewer may manufacture, bottle, package, and store spirits on licensed premises, but must not exceed 1,000 gallons per calendar year. A small brewer may sell spirits within the state to licensed wholesalers and manufacturers, and outside the state to qualified persons. The bill also requires a small brewer to obtain a Distilled Spirits Plant (DSP) permit from the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) and file it with the ABLE Commission.
