This bill amends the Oklahoma Sunset Law to extend the sunset date of the Board of Examiners in Optometry to July 1, 2027. The Board, which consists of five members, four of whom must be licensed optometrists, will continue to operate until the new date. The bill also declares an emergency, allowing it to take effect immediately upon passage and approval.
