Expands eligibility for the Oklahoma Higher Learning Access Program to children of certified classroom teachers who graduated during the 2024-2025.

The bill amends the Oklahoma Higher Learning Access Program to expand eligibility to children of certified classroom teachers who graduated during the 2024-2025 school year. Certified classroom teachers must have been employed in a public school district classroom in Oklahoma for at least ten years. The bill also declares an emergency, allowing the act to take effect immediately upon passage and approval.
