Oklahoma HB2965 amends the state's insurance laws to increase the minimum amount of insurance coverage for property damage in motor vehicle accidents. The bill raises the minimum coverage from Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00) to Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) for injury to or destruction of property of others in any one accident. The changes also make the language gender neutral and will take effect on November 1, 2026.
