Waives higher education fees for grandchildren of fallen Oklahoma peace officers, firefighters, and emergency medical technicians.

Waives higher education fees and room and board for grandchildren of Oklahoma peace officers, firefighters, and emergency medical technicians who have died in the line of duty. The waiver is limited to a period of five years and applies to both public and private institutions. The act is named the "Sergeant Bobby Swartz Act" and will become effective July 1, 2026.
