Oklahoma HB2899 modifies teledentistry requirements by mandating that any person conducting a diagnosis for the purpose of prescribing medication or treatment via the Internet or other telecommunications device on any patient physically located in the state must hold a valid Oklahoma state dental license. It also amends the Oklahoma Dental Loan Repayment Act by increasing the annual allowance for participating dentists from $60,000 to $100,000 per year for a maximum five-year period.
